3 Easy Steps to Making Mini-nets

I’ve always liked stately trees with their widespread branches. It just reminds me so much of someone who’s in the peak of their lives, someone who’s life has influenced a lot of people and whose influence can be easily seen as shown by where the branch is anchored. Some branches can’t be traced easily though because of the tangle but nevertheless it is there. (more…)

Go Natural

Trainings are hard. As any athlete knows, the demands before getting that much coveted gold medal can be painful. An athlete has to suffer muscle pains, getting up in the wee hours of the morning, having a limited diet and wearing skin tight skimpy clothing. But after sweating through it all, if you are great enough, you get the prize at the end of the race. It’s a natural process. One all, beginner athletes (or those who have rested a long time) has to go through. It’s the same with SEO of course. All high ranking websites started out as beginner athletes. They had to sweat through making quality articles everyday. Stretched their muscles in making good links. Spent long sleepless nights monitoring the traffic. But at the end of the day, they know it’s worth it. But just as all athletes know, they do not rest on their laurels (unless they plan to retire of course). Instead, they consistently undergo the same things, at a greater intensity, with the goal of maintaining their position. It’s a NATURAL process. And natural processes always churn out great results. But believe it or not, it can be a boon to your site. If you can infect anything you come in contact with, in a positive manner of course, even a just begun site (after the Sandbox experience of course) can shoot up the search engine ranking. It’s a fairly simple concept, with fairly simple means of doing it.

Link building: No Spamming Please

spamI get frustrated by irrelevant and/or curt replies. One time, I gave a very long and detailed message to  an employee outlining the tasks I had in mind for him, for the week. There were a lot of questions interspersed in that message for me to check if he really did get what I asked him to do. And voila, a day late later, he replied “Ok.” I didn’t blow a fuse but it was enough for me to know that he really wasn’t serious with what he was doing.

The same thing goes for blogs, forums, etc that you hope to get your links to. All clean, decent websites truly, deeply hate spam. It wastes space, gives junk information, may contain malicious backlinks that may not just harm you but even your visitors and makes the website look unattractive. (more…)
